A glimpse of the world of the Team Bemoeizorg in Groningen. Without comment, the documentary shows the attempts by social workers Thea and Albert-Jan to make it clear to their clients things cannot go on like this. Bernadette in her summer cottage increasingly hits the bottle, while Richard, lodging in a caravan, has not taken a bath for weeks. But Bernadette thinks Albert-Jan is a pain in the ass and Richard is more interested in his dead blackbird. At the office meanwhile, the team struggles with the intervision questions. Are they warm, cold or neutral?
