In a Flemish town that still commemorates its WW I victims every day, an Australian girl struggles with her mother’s death. Her Aboriginal ancestors believe her mother is a star, but her father, an astronomer, views the universe quite differently. By using 3D, single-shot scenes and constantly rotating the camera, the viewer is put centre stage and experiences reality as it is at that moment, unconstructed.
