Docudrama in which ten characters move through the heart of the financial world: the City of London. Their monologues are embodied and expressed by dancers in and around glass skyscrapers.
Docudrama based on Joris Luyendijk’s 'Banking Blog' in the British daily The Guardian. Ten characters guide us through the heart of the financial services industry: the City of London. Their monologues are embodied and expressed by dancers who perform their separate choreographies in the natural habitat of bankers: in and around tall, glass office towers. These seemingly distinct portraits jointly spark off a chain reaction, analogous to the competitive and stressful culture of the financial world, where every day can be the last one.
