In this documentary, a close-knit group of young adult kickboxers trains every day at a boxing gym in Amsterdam-West. Here, the sometimes rebellious boys endure the square, often confrontational approach of their strict coach. But the sports home also offers them shelter and inspiration and strengthens them in the choices they want to make for the rest of their lives.
