The slightly demented Marius Koolman is admitted to Voorstaete care centre. His free life is over and he can no longer just take a stroll. But Koolman is self-willed and does not want to be patronised by the ‘care manager', who would like to see all residents be quiet and docile. In this tragicomic TV drama, Marius incites a group of seniors to revolt. They occupy a wing of the centre and take life in their own hands again.
