Horse rider Anneli Drummond-Hay, born in 1937, grew up as the daughter of aristocrats in a large country estate in Scotland. Her parents hardly bothered about her, until she started winning show-jumping contests and became world-famous. Later on, she started coaching young jumping talents. Horses remained her passion and more than once were her salvation. This documentary is an episode in a series of artistic films in which three exceptional women look back on their lives. They all followed their passion and lived the life of their dreams, but at what price?
