Hier ben ik

In his church in Bloemendaal, reverend Ad van Nieuwpoort responds to a society he thinks has gone off the rails. He provides an alternative for an agitated life style, negative self-image and suffocating ambitions. In this documentary, we see and hear the reverend, but also some churchgoers. Including a top manager who almost died during a marathon, but refused to give up because he did not want to be a loser. They show who they are and where they come from, thereby holding up a mirror to other people.
