Poetic short film in which various Ukrainians, placed in alienating yet always realistic settings, discuss themes like a home, the importance of connection, history, loss and beauty.
Different Ukrainians are put in ten cinematographictableaux vivants. In this alienating yet realistic setting, they tell about their lives. Between colourful blocks of flats, for example, on a baroque sofa in front of an immense, edited photograph of felines, or sitting on a circular couch in what seems like a hotel lobby. During these intimate encounters, the protagonists discuss themes like a home, connection, history, loss and beauty. A poetic short film that reveals a personal side of Ukraine today.
