In this family film, St. Nicholas briefly disappears shortly before 5 December. Upon his return, he does not exactly behave St. Nicholas-like. He says things like ‘I lie all day long’, and wants to abolish the celebrations altogether. Mees and Katja, the girl next door, suspect the toy doctor is involved. It is up to them and the crew of Peters to prevent the feast of St. Nicholas from falling through. Based on the TV series broadcast from 1999 to 2010 by different commercial networks.
