Elin is annoyed by the upstairs neighbours, particularly by the noises their children make. The irritation turns to shock when she sees an alarming report of a double murder on the TV news.
Elin lives in a large apartment building. She is annoyed by the upstairs neighbours’ children, who make noises until well into the night and look seriously neglected. Then, watching the TV news, she sees a distressing report of a double murder and a suicide. In a short time, the film manages to build a creepy suspense.
