To reinvent herself, the successful photographer Robin de Puy travels 6,500 miles across the United States on a motorbike. Travelling and taking photographs, she conquers her anxieties.
With assignments for, for example, de Volkskrant, LINDA and Vrij Nederland, photographer Robin de Puy became more and more successful in recent years. But at the same time, her work brought her less and less satisfaction, so she wondered if she got the most out of her talent. For this reason, she decided to set out on a journey and choose her own subjects again. She made a road trip on a motorbike across the United States - although a trip like this also frightened her. The film shows how the photographer struggles with her insecurities, but also how she gets to know herself better through her work.
