Following a career as a dancer on Broadway, Marta Becket, who was born in 1924, accidentally found her own theatre in the desert of Death Valley. After some time, the interest in her highly personal performances grew and people came from far and wide to watch her perform in the deserted ghost town. This documentary is an episode in a series of artistic films in which three exceptional women look back on their lives. They all followed their passion and lived the life of their dreams, but at what price?
