After multiple run-ins with the law, five Brabant football hooligans are required to take part in group sessions led by social worker Alicia. As earlier sessions achieved little, she introduces the group game Over de Streep ("Step Over the Line"). The atmosphere shifts the moment Steven dares to open up and show vulnerability. Old tensions put pressure on the tight-knit friendship, and Frank risks losing his grip on the group, until everything comes to a head in this debut film starring, among others, Tim Haars and Franky van Dorst in the lead roles.
