Director: Maria Augusta Ramos
Documentary about a notorious slum area in the hills above Rio de Janeiro. For years, this so-called 'Hill of Pleasures' was controlled by drug dealers. In the build-up to the 2014 World Soccer Championships and the 2016 Olympic Games, the Peace Police try to restore peace and security. Maria Ramos won the confidence of both residents and the police and shows, from both perspectives, the problematic life in the favela that she followed for one year.
