In a rainy night, commercial traveller Jim collides with a man in a tuxedo. In a dismal boarding house, Jim is offered a room to spend the night in. He is not charged anything, provided he stays in his room all night, come what may. Through the keyhole, Jim sees some strange things. So, it is no surprise that he fails to resist the temptation of the lady that knocks at his door.
