In season two of Hein, the title character returns to Lommerrust to resume his important task: helping ghosts find peace. Now that Hein's father Menno is getting married, and Hein's girlfriend Dewi is away on holiday for an extended period, he feels somewhat lost. Everything changes when Hein meets the tough, energetic and adventurous Jacky. And not long after, Hein discovers that she has the very same gift as him: she can see ghosts.
