In Jasha's absurdist world, everybody who turns thirteen gets a living voice-over from the government. These young men, invariably dressed in beige trousers, blue blouse and grey slip-over, provide everyone’s life with comment, with the noble intention to make people happy. The 32-year-old Jasha tries to ignore her voice-over and take responsibility for her own happiness.
