Two colourful worlds, the Netherlands and Japan, come together in this animation. It all begins with the letters Hans and Yuko write to one another.
Hans lives in the blue-green polder of the Netherlands, Yuko among the pink blossoms of Japan. Two completely different worlds. Through writing, they get to know one another. In this vibrant animation, full of vivid splashes of colour, they sketch out each other's world. But will they also manage to combine their palettes and create a new world for them both?
