In dramatically layered sequences, this animation visualises the atrocities of the Great War. The soldiers in the trenches were vulnerable preys. To this day, World War I, with the poppy as its commemorative icon, touches the core of what human loss signifies. In a few minutes, the director erects a lasting in memoriam for the fallen.
