A grey lady (Carry Tefsen) is chasing a fly in her old people's home apartment with an old spray can. From the fly's perspective, we see her face being surrounded by poisonous fumes. Her visiting daughter gives her a cell phone - but she only half listens to the girl, being distracted by the fly. When she learns that the new telephone has a bug inside, her modest life changes into a gruesome horror movie.
