Jermaine Slagter (32) spends his final days as a professional at a Dutch football club. But the fanatical back can barely conceal the fact that beyond the pitch he is completely down and out. When his gambling debt is claimed by a match-fixing syndicate in this raw drama, Jermaine has to put out all the stops to keep his life from falling apart. He will have to play the most important match of his life to avoid total collapse and losing his money, his family and his dignity forever.
