Quarrelling, a rich lady and her new neighbour get under each other’s skin. The creative balcony-based spectacle in this animation leads to unforeseen consequences.
When a rich lady is forced to swap her mansion for a small apartment with a balcony, she has trouble getting used to her new neighbour and his strange hobbies. His loud music is the catalyst for an escalating quarrel, which takes on ever absurd forms in this jumpy animation. This ranges from simple noise pollution to incense terror and flying gin and tonic glasses. Will the two settle their dispute, or will things get relentlessly out of hand?
