Short documentary about the longing for another time or place. This desire keeps Anna from living in the here and now.

In this short documentary, Anna tries to get a grip on her complex mental condition. She suffers from anemoia: constant nostalgia for a time or place you have never known. After looking at her childhood pictures and archive images, she visits some of the locations on them. Here, she hopes to find some clues that may explain her affliction. While daydreams keep presenting themselves, the wish for a life in the 'here and now' slips further out of reach.
