Aaron Rookus
Aaron Rookus (1983) attended the Utrecht School of the Arts, where he graduated in 2008 with I Wish I Could Share The Happiness Of Being Alone With Someone Else. He also studied Film Studies at the University of Amsterdam. For his One Night Stand Een goed leven, actress Ariane Schluter won a Golden Calf for Best Actress in a Television Drama.
He works as a director and as a lecturer at the HKU University of Arts Utrecht, and in 2012 he was himself nominated for the Film Prize of the City of Utrecht with his film Woensdagen.
