Ten projects have been selected for the Golden Calf Competition for Best Digital Culture Production 2024, which audiences can experience during the Netherlands Film Festival from 20 to 26 September at Utrecht Library on the Neude. The works are part of the exhibition Storyspace, which is all about innovative and original stories. The Golden Calf for best Digital Culture 2024 will be awarded during the EY Golden Calf Gala on 27 September.
Selection Golden Calf Digital Culture
This year during Storyspace, stories come to life with VR documentaries and experiences, immersive installations, gaming and performances. In these works, you will walk through digital dreamscapes, scroll through gripping war stories, play as your own shadow and explore human connection in this digital age. From the ten productions listed below, the jury will nominate three projects to compete for the Golden Calf for Best Digital Cultural Production 2024, the award ceremony of which is on 27 September.
