Images to undergo. The landscapes, spaces and places in this poetic film essay evoke a wide range of emotions related to the transience of life.
This essayistic exploration of the relationship between landscape and human emotions finds its inspiration in psychogeography. With this unsettling art movement from the 1950s, the French philosopher Guy Debord wanted to break through fixed patterns in daily life. The visual trip in the film is closely related to a peregrination: floating from place to place and from thought to thought, the viewer is challenged to let go of the self and contemplate associations, fanned by natural images, with melancholia, transience and loss.
