When a sweet and innocent parakeet unaccountably lies dead in its cage, all signs indicate tomcat Rodney has something to answer for. Rodney’s awkward attempts to reanimate the little bird have catastrophic consequences. After a quiet start, this comic animation turns into a frenzied pandemonium, which was created with a keen eye to detail.
