Before long, the entire globe will be continuously connected to the internet. Great, but what is the effect of this invisible electromagnetic radiation on people who are allergic to it?

Once upon a time, he was a pioneer in the field of mobile technology. By now, the Swedish engineer Per Segerbäck has been living without any digital technology in the woods for eighteen months. The radiation from the new gadgets makes him very ill. And he is not the only one. Director Bregtje van der Haak uses an analogue Bolex camera to portray the life of three exiles from the wireless world. She shows us a different perspective from the enticing images in commercials for smartphones and clever devices. What does the world look like through the eyes of these electromagnetic-hypersensitive people? What do the invisible pulses sound like to their ear? Where can they still find a safe place, now the worldwide web of masts is closing?
