The lives of different characters with diverse backgrounds, who have for various reasons all ended up in Amsterdam, become irrevocably entwined.
This raw-poetical mosaic weaves the stories of different characters who, voluntarily or not, settled in Amsterdam and seem to have little in common, apart from their distant roots: Swedish, African, Bulgarian, Bosnian and Serbian. Love and friendship prove to be binding factors, which make destiny in a harsh society tilt and sparks of hope glimmer on the horizon.
