Swung back and forth between depression and euphoria, David Brown (29) has ended up in the umpteenth psychiatric facility. ‘Afraid of death, and afraid of life’, as he puts it. ‘What can you do?’ With stories and humour, he tries to keep madness at bay. Will he succeed to stand on his own two feet again or will he change into one of those ‘Valium zombies’ that he parodies right now? Developed as part of Teledoc Campus, a collaborative project of NPO, CoBO, NPO Fund and the Netherlands Film Fund for young directors and producers.
