Twenty-four hours in the life of teenager Elise. An oppressive story about the sweet intimacy and the destructive power of social media, told from the perspective of her iPhone.
Twenty-four hours in the life of a teenage girl, from the perspective of her smartphone. The film tells the story of 14-year-old Elise and a party that gets out of hand. The content she posts on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube starts leading its own life. In the process, she loses control of her online life and her phone turns from being her best friend to her worst enemy. The iPhone screen takes centre stage; we only see her surroundings through her telephone - and only if it is on.
