A family with three members lives together in a house in a half finished new housing estate. But one can hardly call it living together. Atmospheric, magic-realist short film.
Somewhere among the cornfields, in a half finished new housing estate on the edge of a rural village, a family with roots in three different cultures lives in one house. Day-to-day worries and repressed conflicts govern the family members’ lives. Each character is floating on his or her solitary island; they drift by and around each other. Short dramathat relies more on atmosphere than plot, thus taking the viewer along in a magic-realist world.
