Dance film based on the performance by Ton Lutgering in a production by Onafhankelijk Toneel. A dancing man lives in a villa in town. He is spied on by the neighbours without him knowing. They see how the man lives in his memories and his dream world as a rock musician, cowboy and gentleman. The title Privé Story is a pun on two Dutch gossip magazines. Who is this man? Is he what he does? What he thinks he is? Or what others see in him?
