Fifteen-year-old Casper never knew his father and lives with his mother Marit. They are close-knit and manage things at home just fine. In his spare time, Casper loves to play the piano. Recently accepted into a large youth orchestra, where singer Anouk immediately attracts his attention, Casper finds out his mother has cancer. In this moving and romantic family film, Casper decides to go look for his father while struggling with his budding infatuation and the deep worries about his ill mother.
