Panta Rhei

Director: Bert Haanstra
'Panta rhei' - everything flows - is a statement by the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, some five hundred years BC: all things change continuously. This eternal motion in nature and its elements was the starting point and theme for this documentary. The poetic and abstract film contains gorgeous images of nature - sand, water, clouds, flowers, leaves, birds - in a rhythmic editing, without beginning or end.
