The city is in lockdown. The chance meeting of Ilias and Eef sparks off a special day. Sensitive actors’ film featuring Noortje Herlaar, Tibor Lukács and a moving performance by Huub Stapel.
If the streets would not be so empty, they might have simply passed by each other. Ilias, walking his neighbour’s disobedient dog; Eef taking a bag full of groceries to her father. They look at each other, surprised, curious. ‘Want to join me?’ ‘Sure.’ Deserted as a result of Covid, the city tempts people to dance, but also lays bare discomfort and tension. Which may lead to openness, insight and who knows what else. Playful impression of an unusual time.
