Film in which a barely grown-up 19-year-old boy has to take on the care of his father, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Despite their strong tie, tensions mount.
The 19-year-old Julian has an intense social life. He was recently admitted to the music academy and thinks about moving to a dorm. The teenager has a particularly strong tie with his father Jacques, who is suffering from a serious form of Parkinson’s disease. When caring for him has exhausted Julian’s stepmother and she takes off, the care entirely falls on Julian’s shoulders. Tension mounts and friendships and family ties are put under pressure. Partly autobiographical film, inspired by the filmmaker’s personal story.
