Drama about ten-year-old Elvie, who lives on a forest campsite with her mentally disabled mother. Now that Elvie starts to understand the world better than her mother, tensions mount.
On a remote campsite in the woods, the curious ten-year-old Elvie lives with her mother, who is mentally disabled. Elvie's mother is loving but naive. She struggles with social interactions and has trouble understanding others. While summer on the camping commences, things between mother and daughter are brewing: Elvie has reached the age when she starts to understand the world better than her mother. In this film, this shift causes strong tensions and rattles their isolated world.
