Nemesis

Sylvia van Maele (Lies Visschedijk), a public prosecutor in The Hague, joins forces with Lars (Romana Vrede) of the FIOD (Dutch IRS) in her fight against financial crime. In this shadow world, a ruthless elite protects its wealth and power at all costs. When in this series the distinction between Sylvia's personal and professional lives start blurring, she realises that the practices thwarting her are no coincidence. If she wants to survive, she will have to rely on her intuition – even if it means she has to rise up against the one she trusts most.
