A quarter of a century after Minoes made Dutch film history, the creative team behind this feline classic joins forces once more for a colourful animated adventure, that is no small feat.
When the naive but conceited city cat Miss Moxy is kidnapped in the south of France by an ambitious guesthouse owner, she manages to escape using a clever trick. Bravely, she sets off on the long journey home. But to get there, she must team up with the most despicable creatures a cat could imagine: a dog and a bird. This animated film is something of an unofficial Minoes reunion, with director Vincent Bal returning, alongside the voice of Carice van Houten as one of the Pink Ladies, and Sarah Bannier, now voicing Miss Moxy. Already screened at multiple international youth festivals.
