Nora (Monic Hendrickx) and her son Sil (Nino van Ginkel) search the earth, which has turned uninhabitable, for the last traces of green. But when Sil starts to change physically, Nora is stricken with doubt.
This science-fiction film takes the viewer to a future where earth has almost turned uninhabitable. Due to steady global warming, the planet has become an arid desert, except for a small green region where nature can still flourish. Nora and her son Sil are looking for this area. The gruelling expedition takes them along bare plains and rocky landscapes. When Sil discovers a dying tree on their way, this triggers a monstrous change in him. How can Nora save her son?
