Kristen, in her late twenties, writes a letter to her father. ‘I have to tell you about this night,’ she writes, ‘the night I was killed’. This sets off this thriller/horror movie about a woman who on the early morning of 1 January is terrorised in her father’s bar by an unknown person. While cleaning up the mess of the New Year’s Eve party, she is repeatedly called by a man who seems to know everything about her. In the claustrophobic film, Kristen’s world turns into an ever deeper nightmare.
