In this sequel to the eponymous drama series, Astrid Holleeder (Rifka Lodeizen) has to put out all stops during the trial of the century to put her brother Willem permanently behind bars.
Astrid Holleeder sacrifices a lot in her attempts to put her criminal brother Willem permanently behind bars. She testifies against him in court, forcing her to abandon her professional life and distance herself from her (grand)children she loves so much. She does everything to protect her loved ones against possible acts of revenge by her brother. This compelling drama series is, like its eponymous predecessor, based on Astrid Holleeder’s memoirs.
