Romantic comedy about Roos, a lobster scientist in her early thirties, who is dying to get married but is coldly given the shove by her dearest. While she watches her ex-lovers and best friend tie the knot one by one, two new men appear in Roos' life: the cheerful, attractive and much younger intern Daan, who is immediately charmed with the clumsy lab technician, and the equally handsome, somewhat slick plastic surgeon Jacob, with whom Roos falls deeply in love. Can she finally answer 'Yes, I do!' to the question she so dearly wants to hear?
