This film poem starts with a young woman who has a bicycle accident. Looking for help, the world seems strange to her. It is raining, and the rain seems to harbour a secret.
On her way home from hockey training, Viola has a bicycle accident. She scrambles to her feet and in the peculiarly empty city she starts looking for help from her boyfriend Kik. He is a night porter in the city centre, where she works too, but this time he acts absently. Time, too, seems to have lost track in this calmly enthralling film poem, shot in black-and-white, with which Mirella Muroni makes her debut.
