A cheerful, socially committed young woman does an internship in Bogotá, Colombia and is touched by the injustice that reigns there. Loosely based on the story of Tanja Nijmeijer, the student who joined the FARC.

Eileen is a cheerful, socially committed student of Spanish. During an internship in Bogotá, Colombia, she witnesses the pitiful circumstances in the slums. She gets convinced that she has to do something about the injustice and joins the resistance movement FARC. She becomes more radical and grows into one of their most dedicated fighters. Loosely based on the story of Tanja Nijmeijer, the student who was drafted by the FARC.
