Someone from the nearby asylum seekers’ centre is the alleged perpetrator. This six-part drama series presents the perspectives of various people involved. Plus, it shows how for the first time the Netherlands was confronted with persistent conspiracy theories, fuelled by social media. Eventually, this was one of the first cases in the Netherlands solved with the help of DNA evidence. Inspired by the killing of Marianne Vaatstra.
