Feature film full of ethical questions about an ambulance driver whose work is hampered by incidents. Partly incited by a TV performance by a stand-up comedian, he literally strikes back one day.
Max is an ambulance driver, a lonesome cowboy who has been happily married to his work for twenty years. He has a casual relationship with his neighbour, who sees him as a suitable father for her child. But Max has secretly fallen in love with Amira, a new colleague. Meanwhile Max, like many colleagues, is regularly hampered in his work by plain loutish behaviour. One day, partly incited by a TV performance by a famous stand-up comedian, he literally strikes back. With drastic consequences. Realistic drama that raises ethical questions about etiquette in modern society. Is it allowed to just say anything? Can you defend civilisation with uncivilised means?
