Dear White People

Director: Justin Simien
Humorous film debut that freshly addresses issues like prejudices and stereotypes against the background of a predominantly white, American university campus.

Something is brewing within the predominantly white, American Winchester University. While the coloured students are trying to make their way, student Sam loudly voices their frustration in her provocative radio show 'Dear White People'. Things really get edgy when the long banned blackface reappears during Halloween. In this peppery, humorous film debut, issues like prejudices and stereotypes are addressed in a fresh and modern way.
