Lydia (15) suffers from a rare blood disease. The doctors make an ultimate attempt to cure her with a bone marrow transplant. Lydia has to pull through this tense period behind a glass wall.

'I’ve hugged my dad and now I’m locked into a room of two by four metres.' Lydia (15) has to undergo a lengthy medical treatment, cut off from the outside world by a glass wall. To alleviate the solitude, she keeps a video diary. This way, this youth documentary shows us what it does to her. Her fear of dying, but also the support and warmth she receives. Back home, she still can’t go to school due to the risk of infection. When will the invisible wall between Lydia and her friends be pulled aside?
